What do customers actually buy at Nevada’s legal brothels? Intercourse? Oral sex? Girlfriend experiences? Threesomes? BDSM? Massage? Couples parties? Something else?
It sounds like a simple question, but popularity is unusually difficult to measure in Nevada brothels. There is no standardized public sales report showing how often each service is purchased, and the information that is public measures different things. A menu tells us what may be available. A courtesan profile tells us what an individual worker chooses to advertise. A customer review tells us what somebody chose to remember and describe afterward, which may or may not include what happened sexually.
This article looks instead at what the available public evidence can actually tell us. We examined customer-reported completed parties, customer reviews, brothel menus and courtesan profiles, along with statements from workers and brothels about what customers request. The goal isn’t to manufacture a statewide Top 10 that the evidence cannot support. It’s to identify the activities and types of experiences that customers clearly do buy, where the evidence of demand is strongest, and where popularity remains impossible to measure.
There is another complication. The categories themselves aren’t always describing the same thing. Half-and-half describes sexual activities. A ménage à trois describes who is participating. BDSM can describe particular activities, a fantasy or a broader dynamic between the participants. Girlfriend experience describes an overall style of interaction that can itself include intercourse, oral sex, kissing, conversation or other activities. One party can fit several descriptions at the same time.
A more useful question is: What activities, party configurations and broader experiences repeatedly show up in actual customer reports, and how closely does that match what Nevada brothels advertise?

What Does a Nevada Brothel Sex Menu Actually Mean?
Published menus show customers what may be available and give them a starting point for discussing what interests them with their chosen courtesan. The details of a party are worked out privately between the customer and the individual sex worker.
That basic process appears in current descriptions from several Nevada brothels. Inez’s D&D says customers privately discuss price and the courtesan’s “dos and don’ts.” Chicken Ranch tells prospective customers contacting a woman to communicate the activity they want, the amount of time and their budget. Sheri’s Ranch similarly tells customers to give a courtesan an idea of their budget and what type of party interests them, with duration discussed during the initial negotiation. Bella’s Hacienda says that after choosing a courtesan, the customer has a private space to discuss “desires, boundaries, and expectations.”
The menu itself also mixes very different kinds of choices. Mustang Ranch’s current Pleasure Menu places Straight Lay and Half & Half alongside Ménage à Trois, bondage, nude massage, bungalow parties and Jacuzzi parties. Mona’s Ranch similarly advertises massage and Nuru alongside couples, two-girl parties, birthday parties, sexual instruction and virgin guidance.
A customer might walk in knowing exactly which sexual activities he wants. Another may have a fantasy, a budget and a particular woman in mind without having a neat name for the eventual party. That is one reason counting menu items or profile specialties cannot tell us how frequently each service is purchased.
Customer reviews have the opposite problem. They tell us what customers chose to describe after the experience, but people don’t necessarily inventory every sexual act in a review. A customer who writes about being nervous, having a great conversation or feeling an immediate connection may still have had conventional sex. Silence about an activity cannot be counted as evidence that it didn’t happen.
That leaves us with different kinds of evidence answering different questions. Menus and profiles tell us what is offered or advertised. Reviews tell us what customers choose to remember and publicly describe. A source that directly asks customers what activities they actually did gets us closer to the sexual content of completed parties.
Nevada Brothel Sex Menus: What Each House Publishes
Nevada brothels don’t publish their sex menus in any standardized way. Some maintain a traditional house menu, others organize services around individual courtesan profiles, and a few publish very little about specific services online.
We checked the current public websites of the 16 houses Brothel Nevada identified in September 2026 as appearing to be operating. The examples below are not exhaustive lists of what a particular courtesan may agree to do. Services, boundaries and availability vary by worker, and the details of a party are ultimately negotiated with her. This is a guide to where each brothel currently puts its menu information and the kinds of experiences it chooses to describe publicly.

Alien Cathouse
Menu format: A compact house-level menu on the homepage, supplemented by individual courtesan profiles.
Examples: GFE, sensual massage, kink/BDSM fantasies, lap dances and stripteases.
Where to look: The “What’s Your Desire?” section and current Cosmic Kitten profiles on the Alien Cathouse website.
Bella’s Hacienda
Menu format: Experience-based rather than a traditional list of individual sex acts.
Examples: Two-lady parties, couples experiences, Domme sessions, fantasy fulfillment, customized private bookings and kink/BDSM.
Where to look: Popular Experiences and individual courtesan profiles on Bella’s website.
Big 4 Ranch
Menu format: Very little current service information is published online.
Examples: No detailed current public sex menu or service list could be verified.
Where to look: The official Big 4 website or contact the house directly. A service not listed online should not be assumed to be unavailable.
Calico Club
Menu format: A dedicated Services page.
Examples: Calico maintains a current Services page, although its individual service cards are not reliably exposed as readable text, so we are not reproducing an unverified list here.
Where to look: The Calico Club Services page and current Kittens.
Chicken Ranch
Menu format: Searchable courtesan specialties rather than one traditional house menu.
Examples: Current profile specialties include GFE, Massage Party, 2 Girl Party, Couple Party, BDSM/BDSM Light and Virgins.
Where to look: Choose Your Specialty and individual courtesan profiles. Our 38-profile audit found those six categories widely represented across the current roster.
Desert Club
Menu format: An extensive house Services page.
Examples: Full-body and Nuru massage, oral pleasure, Full Monty, half-and-half, GFE, PSE, BDSM, foot fetish, role play, spanking and other specialty parties.
Where to look: The Desert Club Services page.
Desert Rose
Menu format: No conventional sex-menu page; much of the useful service information appears in the FAQ.
Examples: Sex, body rubs, couples parties, multiple-woman parties and hot-tub experiences are among the possibilities discussed publicly.
Where to look: The Desert Rose FAQ and current courtesan information.
Donna’s Ranch
Menu format: Primarily profile-driven on its rebuilt website.
Examples: The current homepage identifies Nina with Kama Sutra, Nuru and tantric massage and GFE.
Where to look: Meet the Girls and current profiles on the Donna’s Ranch website.
Inez’s D&D
Menu format: A dedicated All Services page, supplemented by the house FAQ.
Examples: Massage, Nuru, Couples Party, Two Girl Party, bachelor and birthday parties, Specialty Party, Be a Better Lover and Care of Virgins. The site also discusses fetish, domination, bondage/BDSM and role play.
Where to look: All Services and the Inez’s FAQ.
Love Ranch
Menu format: Individual courtesan profiles rather than a current standalone house sex menu.
Examples: Current profiles describe BDSM and rope bondage, couples, two-girl parties, PSE/GSE and other personalized experiences.
Where to look: The current Lovers and individual profiles on the Love Ranch website. Missy Calwell’s current profile is one example of how those specialties are presented.
Mona’s Ranch
Menu format: A concise house Services page.
Examples: Massage, Nuru, lap and pole dances, Couples Party, Two Girl Party, bachelor and birthday parties, Specialty Party, Be a Better Lover and Care of Virgins.
Where to look: The Mona’s Ranch Services page.
Moonlite BunnyRanch
Menu format: An extensive traditional house Sex Menu.
Examples: Oral sex, GFE, intercourse, half-and-half, bisexual encounters and three-way parties, along with Nuru and tantric massage, domination, role play and numerous specialty experiences.
Where to look: The BunnyRanch Sex Menu, where many categories lead directly to courtesans advertising that specialty.
Mustang Ranch
Menu format: A traditional Pleasure Menu divided into Special Shows, Foreplay, Full Pleasure and Specialties.
Examples: Nude and breast massage, shower parties, Straight Lay, Wild Horse Round-Up, Half & Half, Ménage à Trois, B&D, bungalow parties and Jacuzzi parties.
Where to look: The Mustang Ranch Pleasure Menu. The menu calls Ménage à Trois a “house recommendation,” while Mustang’s FAQ calls it a “house favorite.”
Sagebrush Ranch
Menu format: A dedicated house Sex Menu.
Examples: GFE, intercourse, half-and-half, bisexual encounters and three-way parties, along with massage, fetish and other specialty experiences.
Where to look: The current Sagebrush Sex Menu and individual courtesan profiles. The current menu closely resembles the BunnyRanch format and content.

Sheri’s Ranch
Menu format: A dedicated Brothel Sex Menu supplemented by individual courtesan specialties.
Examples: Intercourse, half-and-half, girl-on-girl and threesome sex, several forms of oral sex and erotic massage, couples threesomes, GFE, role play, bondage/BDSM and other fetishes.
Where to look: The Sheri’s Ranch Sex Menu and individual courtesan profiles. Sheri’s says its published list is not intended to be complete.
Sue’s Fantasy Club
Menu format: No detailed current sex menu could be verified from the accessible portions of the official Wix site.
Examples: The accessible pages provide general house information rather than a current named service inventory.
Where to look: The current Sue’s Fantasy Club site or contact the house directly for specific service information.
The differences are almost as useful as the services themselves. Someone looking online for a Nevada brothel sex menu might encounter Sheri’s straightforward list, Mustang’s old-fashioned Pleasure Menu, BunnyRanch’s sprawling catalog, Chicken Ranch’s searchable courtesan specialties, Bella’s broader experiences or a house that publishes almost nothing about individual services.
None of these formats tells us what customers purchase most often. They show what each brothel chooses to put in front of customers before the negotiation begins.
What Customers Report Actually Doing
Customer reviews aren’t especially good at answering a question like “What sexual activities did you do?” because most reviews were never intended to be inventories of what happened in the bedroom. Fortunately, there is another source that asks almost exactly that question.
The Sex-in-Nevada forum has maintained an Official Pricing Survey since at least 2022 in which customers voluntarily report where they went, what they paid, how long the party lasted and “What activities did you do?” The responses are self-selected and come from a relatively small number of contributors, so they can’t tell us what percentage of Nevada brothel customers buy any particular service. They can tell us something more basic and still quite useful: what customers say they actually did during completed parties.
We reviewed the survey conservatively. Reports of opening offers, unsuccessful negotiations, general price ranges and future plans were excluded from the strict completed-party sample. Retrospective posts that bundled numerous visits together were useful as supporting evidence but weren’t broken apart and treated as independent customers. That left 17 discrete completed-party reports from 12 forum members involving five brothels.
Conventional sexual activity is hard to miss in those reports. Ten of the 17 completed parties include straight sex, half-and-half, other explicitly described sexual activity or what the customer called a full-service party. Because several reports contain more than one activity and the sample is neither random nor representative, 10 out of 17 should not be read as a Nevada market share. The useful finding is simply that ordinary sexual activity becomes considerably more visible when customers are directly asked what they did.
The individual reports are often quite specific. A customer describing a May 2025 visit to Sheri’s Ranch reported foreplay and three sexual positions during a one-hour party. Another Sheri’s customer reported foreplay, three positions and a shared shower during a one-hour party in July, then returned the following morning for a separate 15-minute quickie involving three positions. Other completed reports describe oral and manual activity, missionary sex, Nuru massage and half-and-half. A September 2026 survey post describing a March 2026 Mustang Ranch visit uses the much broader description “full service party” for a booking that was extended to two hours. These are all self-reported customer accounts within the same pricing-survey thread.
This looks quite different from the recent Chicken Ranch reviews we examined. In those reviews, customers frequently wrote about being nervous, feeling comfortable, having a good conversation or connecting with the courtesan, while explicit descriptions of sexual acts appeared much less often. That doesn’t mean sex was absent from the other reviews. The two sources were asking customers to do different things. One invites them to write about an experience in whatever way they choose. The other literally asks what activities they did.
The audience and purpose are different as well. A pricing survey on a customer forum is meant to exchange practical information, so details about activities, prices and party length are useful to the people reading it. A review published on a brothel or courtesan profile is usually closer to a testimonial. The writer is often praising a particular woman and recommending her to future customers, and some reviewers explicitly choose not to describe what happened in the bedroom. That doesn’t prove every customer withholds sexual detail out of discretion or politeness, but it gives us another reason not to treat the relative lack of explicit sex in those reviews as evidence that less sex occurred.
That difference will come up repeatedly as we look at particular services. It also helps explain why conventional sex can seem almost strangely quiet in public brothel reviews despite remaining prominent on current menus and appearing plainly when customers are asked about their completed parties.
Among those conventional services, one old Nevada brothel term has an especially long paper trail: half-and-half.
Half-and-Half Is Still on the Menu
Of all the services we looked at, half-and-half has one of the clearest trails from older Nevada brothel culture to the present. The term generally refers to a combination of oral sex and intercourse, and it was already ordinary enough brothel vocabulary for Rebecca Mead to include it in her 2001 New Yorker story about the BunnyRanch. More than 20 years later, Mustang Ranch still lists Half & Half on its current Pleasure Menu.
There is also evidence that customers continue to use the term when describing what they bought. In the Sex-in-Nevada pricing survey, one customer reported completed half-and-half parties at both Mona’s Ranch and Sue’s Fantasy Club. Another longtime contributor, describing completed visits to several brothels, said the ordinary parties he was discussing were straight sex or, more precisely, usually half-and-half unless he specified something different. Because that second account comes from one customer looking back across multiple visits, we didn’t treat each mention as an independent customer report, but it does show the term being used across more than one house.
Half-and-half also has something most menu items don’t: firsthand testimony about demand. A Sheri’s Ranch courtesan interviewed by VICE in 2016 described it as the house’s most popular “special” at the time, explaining it as intercourse plus oral sex. That statement can’t tell us whether half-and-half is still the most frequently purchased service at Sheri’s, much less across Nevada, but it adds another kind of evidence to the historical reporting, current menus and customer reports.
The persistence of the term is probably more useful than trying to assign it a rank. Brothel advertising has expanded to include everything from BDSM and Nuru massage to elaborate girlfriend experiences and multi-person parties, yet customers are still buying and describing one of the industry’s old standards in essentially the same language used decades ago.
Half-and-half also illustrates one of the problems with treating a menu label as a complete description of a party. It tells us that oral sex and intercourse were part of the sexual activity. It doesn’t tell us whether the encounter lasted 30 minutes or two hours, included massage or conversation, felt affectionate or strictly sexual, or involved anything else the customer and courtesan agreed upon. Two customers can both report buying half-and-half and still have very different experiences.
That becomes especially relevant with girlfriend experience, where the name describes much more than a pair of sexual activities.

Girlfriend Experience Is Harder to Count
Half-and-half is relatively easy to identify because the name tells us which sexual activities are included. Girlfriend experience, usually shortened to GFE, is different. It describes a broader style of interaction that may include kissing, cuddling, conversation, affection, companionship and sex, with the exact combination depending on the courtesan and customer.
There is clear evidence that customers buy GFE as a named service. Five of the strict completed-party reports in the Sex-in-Nevada pricing survey came from five different customers who explicitly described their purchases as GFE. All five involved Mustang Ranch, which makes them good evidence that the service is actually being purchased but poor evidence for estimating how common it is statewide.
Workers and operators have also described substantial demand. In 2017, Dennis Hof called GFE the most requested session at his brothels in a BunnyRanch press release carried by PR Newswire. In a 2018 Tim Ferriss interview, Alice Little described GFE as her most requested experience, and Sheri’s Ranch courtesan Addison Gray wrote in 2026 that GFE is one of her most requested experiences. Those are firsthand observations from different people and periods, not audited statewide sales figures, but together with the completed customer reports they establish GFE as a genuine commercial category.
The more interesting problem is figuring out exactly what we would be counting.
In a 2018 Tim Ferriss transcript, Alice Little distinguishes between “experiences” and “specific activity requests,” placing GFE on the experience side. That distinction fits what we found in the customer evidence. Intercourse tells us something a customer did. A threesome tells us how many people participated. GFE can describe the way a much larger session felt and unfolded while still containing intercourse, oral sex, massage, BDSM or other activities that could appear separately on the same menu. Addison Gray makes the overlap explicit in her own description of GFE, which can incorporate BDSM, sensual domination, fantasy and role play.
The overlap becomes harder to measure because qualities associated with GFE also appear in parties that nobody calls GFE. In a 2017 Love Ranch customer account, one customer wrote that his party felt more like GFE than PSE and was exactly what he wanted, even though he hadn’t specifically asked for that style of experience. In the Chicken Ranch reviews we examined, customers repeatedly described affection, conversation, reassurance, personal attention and connection without using the term GFE at all.
We can’t simply rename those parties GFEs. We usually don’t know what label, if any, the customer and courtesan used when they negotiated. The same qualities can also serve different purposes. A nervous virgin may need reassurance and guidance. A couple may need a courtesan who can make both partners feel included. A BDSM party may require unusually clear communication and trust before anyone gets tied up. Those experiences can contain some of the qualities associated with GFE without becoming the same product.
This is where the idea of ranking Nevada brothel services starts to break down. GFE, intercourse, BDSM, massage and threesomes aren’t necessarily competing choices. A customer can incorporate several of them into the same negotiated session, sometimes without thinking of them as separate categories at all.
None of this means every customer wants a relationship-style experience. Some customers are explicit about wanting bounded sexual service without emotional involvement, and the completed-party reports leave no doubt that conventional sex remains part of what people buy.
GFE simply makes the overlap easier to see. It is a real menu category customers can ask for by name, but many of the qualities associated with it also permeate parties described under completely different labels. Once that happens, counting the labels no longer tells us everything that was actually purchased.
Threesomes and Two-Courtesan Parties
Threesomes are much easier to recognize than GFE, but not necessarily easier to measure. Here the label usually tells us who is participating rather than what happens during the party.
There is strong evidence that two-courtesan parties are a recurring part of Nevada brothel business. Mustang Ranch currently describes Ménage à Trois as a house recommendation on its Pleasure Menu, and its FAQ calls it a house favorite. Alice Little currently calls threesomes her “most requested bucket-list experience”. In the Chicken Ranch reviews we examined, we identified six defensible two-courtesan events involving eight current profiles. A Sex-in-Nevada contributor also described a completed Love Ranch two-woman party that began with Truth or Dare before becoming sexual.
The individual parties can look quite different. A February 2025 Mustang review describes Bailey Rose and Sokyo making a couple feel comfortable through conversation and warmth while the experience remained explicitly sexual. Other accounts describe familiarity with one woman before a second joined or customers arranging two-woman parties with courtesans they already knew.
There are counterexamples as well. In a 2017 BrothelLife discussion, one customer described becoming irritated when a two-woman upsell continued after he had declined it, while another experienced participant said he would hesitate to accept a spontaneous two-woman party unless it involved women he already knew and trusted. Those are individual opinions, but they are useful reminders that adding another courtesan does not automatically add value.
A threesome therefore tells us something important about the configuration, but relatively little about the activities, atmosphere or relationships among the people involved. The same becomes true from the opposite direction when the two customers already have a relationship with each other.
Couples Parties
A couples party may look like the mirror image of the two-courtesan party: two customers and one courtesan instead of one customer and two courtesans. Bringing an existing relationship into the room creates its own considerations.
Couples are clearly a recurring part of Nevada brothel business. Among the Chicken Ranch reviews we examined, we found at least 19 eligible couples narratives spread across nine current courtesan profiles. Sheri’s Ranch explicitly welcomes couples and says most of its courtesans accommodate threesomes for couples. In late 2025, Sheri’s told the New York Post that at least one in five inquiries were coming from partnered couples as it introduced a two-night Couples Getaway Experience. That is a house-reported inquiry figure, not a statewide measure of completed parties, but it gives us another indication that couples are an established customer group rather than an occasional novelty.
The more revealing evidence comes from what couples say made the experience work. In a June 2023 BrothelLife review of Olivia Lush, a woman described communicating the couple’s desires and boundaries in advance and looking for a courtesan whose personality would fit both of them. She wrote that Olivia made both spouses feel involved, that the interaction felt like catching up with an old friend, and that conversation continued over dinner afterward.
The same reviewer contrasted that with an earlier experience in which she felt the courtesan focused overwhelmingly on her husband and left her feeling like a spectator. Sheri’s own first-threesome guidance emphasizes the same practical concerns from the brothel side: establish boundaries, build trust and keep all three people involved. As that article puts it, there is nothing more awkward than a threesome that becomes a twosome.
The Chicken Ranch reviews show another version of the same challenge. One couple visiting Katrina described themselves as “brothel virgins.” They had been married for 29 years and had never included another person in their relationship. They arrived anxious, but the resulting experience was explicitly sexual and exploratory.
A couples party can therefore include conventional sex, a threesome fantasy, conversation, reassurance, sexual exploration or any number of other negotiated elements. The menu label tells us who entered the experience together. It does not tell us everything they bought.

Virgins and First-Time Customers
Virgin and first-time parties are another category that cannot be reduced to a particular sex act. The customer may ultimately be buying conventional sex, but the experience can also involve reassurance, explanation, sexual instruction and help navigating a setting that is completely unfamiliar.
That pattern appears clearly in the Chicken Ranch reviews we examined. We identified six eligible virgin or first-sex narratives across four current profiles. Mya Maxwell provides one of the cleanest examples. Her public positioning emphasizes first-timer and virgin guidance, and a 2026 customer wrote that he chose her because she seemed beginner-friendly. He then described her explaining how the brothel worked, reassuring him and guiding him through his first sexual experience.
The same pattern appears elsewhere. In Sheri’s Ranch’s analysis of its 10,000 most recent guest reviews, one first-time visitor specifically remembered Birdie Bellarose making him comfortable, giving him a tour and explaining how everything worked. The broader review analysis found nervous first-timers, including adult virgins, repeatedly writing about reassurance and comfort.
Independent reporting points in the same direction. A 2024 Guardian article about adult virgins visiting Nevada brothels describes customers seeking patience, instruction, privacy and a place to become comfortable with sexual touch without judgment. One customer identified as Barry is particularly useful because he deliberately chose a brothel to avoid emotional involvement and future expectations. He wanted a skilled, bounded sexual experience, while still valuing privacy and the chance to learn.
The broader Chicken Ranch analysis reinforces that pattern without turning it into a statewide statistic. Among 33 narratives involving first or new experiences, 22 included some combination of reassurance, process orientation or sexual and experiential coaching. Those are published reviews from one house, not 33 randomly selected Nevada customers, but they show how often those functions appeared when newcomers chose to describe their experiences publicly.
“Virgin” or “first-timer” therefore describes the customer’s situation more than the sexual activity itself. The party may include intercourse, oral sex, massage or other negotiated activities, while the defining feature is what the customer needs around those activities to feel comfortable enough to participate in them.

BDSM Is Easier to Find Than to Measure
BDSM presents almost the opposite research problem from conventional sex. It is easy to establish that Nevada brothels advertise it. Figuring out how often customers actually buy it is much harder.
Mustang Ranch includes B&D on its current Pleasure Menu. Sheri’s Ranch lists bondage/BDSM on its Sex Menu, while Inez’s and Bella’s publicly promote kink, domination, fetish or related experiences. At Chicken Ranch, 26 of the 38 current courtesan profiles we examined listed BDSM or BDSM Light among their standardized specialties.
The completed-party evidence is much thinner. Among the Chicken Ranch’s eligible 2026 reviews, we found only one clear account describing a completed kink or BDSM element. The Sex-in-Nevada pricing survey produced two strict completed-party reports involving kink or fetish, from two different customers at two different brothels. Those sources measure different things, so the gap cannot tell us what percentage of customers request BDSM. It does raise an interesting possibility: BDSM may be more prominent in the way brothels advertise the range of experiences they can accommodate than it is in the customer experiences we can observe publicly.
There is a practical reason that could be true. BDSM is unusually visible as a specialty. A dungeon, bondage equipment or a courtesan advertising dominatrix services immediately communicates that a brothel can accommodate something beyond conventional sex. Those facilities are real and available for customers who want them, but they can also function as showpieces for a broader landscape of sexual possibilities. Their marketing value may therefore extend beyond the number of customers who actually book a BDSM party.
There is another difference from services such as half-and-half or full-service sex. Customers interested primarily in kink have an established world of BDSM venues outside Nevada’s brothel industry. Portland’s Sub Rosa PDX offers private dungeon rentals with bondage equipment and private coaching. In Los Angeles, Sanctuary LAX offers professional BDSM sessions, rentals, classes and events, while explicitly stating that its formal sessions do not include sex, penetration or oral-genital contact.
That does not show that access to dungeons in Portland, Los Angeles or elsewhere reduces BDSM bookings at Nevada brothels. It does show that someone primarily interested in bondage, domination, submission or other forms of kink has specialized alternatives that do not exist in quite the same way for someone seeking to purchase intercourse or half-and-half.
A 2014 Mustang Ranch customer account shows why trust and communication can be particularly important in a BDSM party. Before a bondage and tickling session with Maya, the customer discussed what he wanted, what he didn’t want and the limits of the fantasy. When he experienced a problem while restrained, she released him immediately. He later wrote that her response made him trust her enough to want to be restrained again. With bondage and some other forms of kink, establishing limits and knowing that those limits will be respected can be part of what makes the activity possible in the first place.
BDSM therefore gives us one of the clearest examples of why menu visibility cannot be converted into popularity. Nevada brothels advertise it extensively, and customers unquestionably purchase it, but the public evidence does not tell us how often. Its prominence may partly reflect what BDSM contributes to the image of a brothel as a place where unusual fantasies can be accommodated, while customers interested primarily in kink also have an established world of dungeons, professional sessions, classes and private play spaces outside the brothel industry.
Massage and Nuru
Massage and Nuru are easier to find on Nevada brothel menus than they are to rank by demand. Mustang Ranch advertises nude massage, Mona’s Ranch advertises massage and Nuru, and Sheri’s Ranch includes several erotic massage options on its current Sex Menu. At Chicken Ranch, 35 of the 38 current profiles we examined advertised a Massage Party.
There is also clear evidence that customers buy them. We found five massage narratives across four Chicken Ranch profiles, while the strict Sex-in-Nevada completed-party sample contained two massage or Nuru reports, both from the same customer. That establishes genuine purchase without telling us how large a share of Nevada brothel business massage represents.
A 2025 Mustang Ranch customer account about Saylor provides a good example of how much can fit around the menu label. He first spent two hours talking with her, then returned the next day in part because she offered a Nuru massage. His description includes the massage, showers, cuddling, intimate conversation and eating together, and he wrote that the experience felt more like being with a real girlfriend than simply purchasing something called GFE.
That does not make the massage incidental. It was one of the reasons he returned. It simply shows that “massage” can identify a central part of the party without describing the whole thing.
What Can We Actually Call Popular?
After looking at brothel menus, courtesan profiles, customer reviews, completed-party reports and firsthand statements from workers, there still isn’t a defensible statewide ranking of Nevada brothel services. The evidence is too fragmented, the sources measure different things and many of the categories overlap.
But the research does answer the question more clearly than that might suggest.
Conventional sexual activity has some of the strongest direct completed-party evidence we found. When customers are specifically asked what they did, intercourse, oral sex, half-and-half and other explicitly sexual activity appear repeatedly. Half-and-half has the added distinction of an unusually long paper trail, from older Nevada brothel reporting to current menus and modern customer reports. Two-courtesan parties have substantial evidence of recurring purchase as well, and explicitly named GFE is clearly a commercial experience customers continue to buy. None of those findings gives us a trustworthy percentage of statewide business.
The difficulty starts when we try to line the categories up against one another. Intercourse and oral sex describe activities. A threesome describes the number of participants. GFE describes an overall style of experience. BDSM can describe particular acts, a fantasy or a broader dynamic. Virgin service describes something about the customer. Massage can be a stand-alone focus or one part of a much larger party. A customer can negotiate several of those things during the same session.
The public evidence also measures different stages of the business. A sex menu tells us what a brothel wants customers to consider. A courtesan profile tells us what an individual woman chooses to advertise. A review tells us what a customer chose to describe afterward. A completed-party questionnaire gets closer to what happened sexually, but the available sample is small and self-selected. None of those can be turned into a statewide sales report by simply counting mentions.
So what do people actually buy when they buy legal sex in Nevada? They plainly buy sex. They also buy GFEs, threesomes, couples parties, BDSM, massage and experiences built around virgins or other first-time customers. Often they negotiate combinations of those things that do not fit neatly under a single heading.
The menu is still useful. It tells customers what might be possible. Maybe that’s the whole point of a sex menu in the first place: to get a customer thinking about the possibilities so that something richer, more varied and more personalized can be negotiated with the courtesan he or she chooses.
